Christian Life Center offers low-cost groceries

Christian Life Center has a new ministry to serve our community called: Angel Food Ministry. You or someone you want to help can be blessed with a wonderful box of fresh meats, fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables and staple items. There are no memberships, no qualifying, no income limits, no applications, and no limit to the number of boxes a person may purchase. Christian Life Center also participates in the U.S. Food Stamp Voucher system (EBT), which must be signed in person. One regular menu box is enough food to feed a family of four for a week...or a single elderly person for almost a month - all for only $30. There are also monthly specials which can include steaks, chicken or even a senior special with individual meals.

To participate, simply place an order by the order due date with your payment. Approximately 2 weeks after the Order due date you will then pick up your order at Christian Life Center. This is Distribution Day (D-DAY), in which the arranged pick-up time is usually around 9 a.m. on a Saturday. You will want to bring your own box or even a laundry basket when you pick up your food.

Each month the menu changes for the regular Menu box. A flyer with the yearly schedule is available for your convenience at the church. A menu is always posted on the front door of Christian Life Center as well as available for you to take. We anticipate serving this community and know that this will be a blessing to many. Our economy is tough; especially fuel prices and we hope this can take the edge off for many. Service times have changed to GUTS (God Uniting the Saints) on Saturday nights at 7 p.m. and Wednesday nights at 7 p.m.
