VW County Hospital Tip-Off Classic scheduled; area boys b-ball previews

VAN WERT - The Van Wert County Hospital Third Annual Tip-Off Classic will be held on December 5 and 6 at Van Wert High School.  Opening up the basketball season on Friday, December 5, will be Crestview and Lincolnview  at 6 p.m. with Van Wert and Wayne Trace to follow at approximately 7:30 p.m.  Saturday night, December 6, will find the consolation game beginning at 6 p.m. and the championship game to follow.  Games will not be split sessions.  ONE ticket will gain admittance to both games that particular evening.  Ticket prices are $6 for adults and $4 for students pre-sale.  All tickets at the door will be $6.  Fans arriving for the first game are requested to park on the south side of Van Wert High School, while those arriving for the second game are to park on the north side.  For more information and when pre-sale tickets will be available, please contact your home school's athletic department.

Doors for fans open both nights at 5:30pm

The Van Wert Booster Club will be sponsoring a Chili Supper on

        Friday Dec. 5^th from 5:30 - 7:30

        There will be pre sale from Booster club reps. Tickets left will be sold at the game.

        Adults - $ 5.00   Children 12 & Under - $ 3.00
